With a change in kit (thanks parents) Oakwood took to the field full of confidence in this league game. Kye was commanding in goal, talking to his defence of Daniel Ritchie and Adam Charikira who is getting better and better with every game he plays. Mason Creed and Nameer Hussain again were the driving force of the team allowing Niko Joseph and Roman Williams a chance to really get forward and create chances. Again we started a bit slow, lacking that high press and high intensity and we allowed Hassocks to settle into the game quickly. But as soon as things started to click boy did they click. Some great passing and team work saw goals scored by Roman Williams x 2, hat tricks by Roman Gilbert and Zayne Jeyachandran and a magic moment by Daniel Ritchie scoring close to the half way line. Kye Draper again pulling of some really important saves. We came away with the win and the boys again did us all proud.
