New look Oakwood

A huge thanks to the Elite Developments lads for agreeing to the fixture last minute. Three Bridges U9's were a very tough test for a new look Oakwood side with 5 new faces in the squad. One a small pitch with long grass both sides found it tough to play football but when both sides were able to pass the ball the football was there for all to see. Kye in goal for his debut was solid and Nameer in midfield slotted in like he had played for Oakwood last season. It was great to see hard working Harry get a hat trick and Roman pop in one goal as well. This game was about getting the lads to start playing together. It was just great to have football back.
