Oaks bounce back to winning ways

What a difference a weeks make. The boys all looked sharp during the warm up, even little Noah getting involved with Zak. It was a tough choice for the managers to pick the starting side as everyone trained with great intensity mid week. There were a few tactical changes made by the management, Rhys getting a start up top, Roman playing deeper, Daniel and Jude at the back. Oakwood start well, playing some really good attacking football which was cemented by very strong starts by Roman and Bobby. The defence was keeping everyone in line, Zak was shouting at everyone which was great to hear. Goals from a strong looking Roman and majestic Alf got us into a lead. There was a slight worry when skipper Daniel needed to go off with a slight leg injury but Adam came into the defence and was brilliant. He won every tackle and his passing is getting better and better every week. Ollie and Jude were so calm on the ball and Rhys was being a pain, non stop running and was very unlucky not to grab a goal. Further goals came from Bobby and Roman grabbing a 2nd of the match and 3rd in 2 games saw us run out winners. Daniel came back on and Zaks handling and distribution was the best we have seen this season. A win and a clean sheet made it a good weekend for managers Joe and Toby. We go again.
